Before you write
How quickly will I actually hear back?
One working day, usually the same morning if you write before noon CET. We answer in the order messages arrive — except for support tickets from existing customers, which jump the queue.
Do you offer onsite demos?
Yes — anywhere in the EU and the UK we'll come to you, pricing scaled to team size. For teams further afield we run a thorough video walkthrough with screen-share and live data.
Can I talk to one of your customers before signing?
Absolutely. After an initial call we'll connect you with a current customer running a similar fleet — the conversation is theirs, not ours, and we don't sit in.
What time zone are you in?
Central European Time. Most of the team is in Berlin, with a handful of remote teammates in Paris, Stockholm, and Lisbon. Calls bookable between 8:00 and 19:00 CET.
I'm an existing customer — should I write here?
For anything urgent, use the in-app help button — it's faster and your account context comes with the message. For everything else, this form works fine.
