What exactly counts as a user?
A user is one person who logs in to Mediora. You don't pay for customers, devices, services, contracts, or contacts — only for the people on your team who need access. A read-only viewer still counts as a seat.
Can I mix tiers on the same account?
Yes. Most accounts are a mix: a small number of Manager seats, a few Representatives, and a larger group of Technicians. You can switch a user's tier any time their role changes — billing prorates automatically.
What happens when I add seats mid-cycle?
New seats are prorated to the day, billed on your next invoice. Removing seats credits your account for the remainder of the cycle. There are no per-action add-ons or surprise overage fees.
Is there a setup or implementation fee?
No fee on the standard plans — you can self-onboard in an afternoon. Onboarding is an optional service for teams that want migration help, structured training, and a guided rollout. It's a one-time cost, never a recurring one.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or research?
Yes. Registered non-profits, academic research groups, and humanitarian healthcare organisations qualify for a 30% discount across all tiers. Write to us at get@mediora.com with your registration details and we'll set it up.
Can I cancel or downgrade at any time?
Yes — there are no contracts and no exit fees on monthly or yearly billing. Yearly plans are paid in advance; if you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until the end of the term. Your data is exportable in standard formats whenever you ask.
